Troubleshooting connected AI apps
Most problems with 1smart.link in Claude or ChatGPT have a quick fix. Find the one that matches what you see.
ChatGPT doesn't show a 1smart.link feature or card you expect
ChatGPT keeps its own copy of 1smart.link's tools from when you added it. Reinstalling or signing in again doesn't refresh it. Delete the 1smart.link plugin in ChatGPT and add it again from the start, as in Connect 1smart.link to Claude or ChatGPT. Tick Also allow changes again if you want to make changes. Then remove the older connection under Account → Connected AI apps.
Claude says "Unable to reach 1smart.link"
Start a new chat and ask again. If it still happens, disconnect 1smart.link in Claude and connect it again, then remove the older connection under Account → Connected AI apps.
The AI says the connection is view only
You connected without ticking Also allow changes. Connect again and tick it (Claude: disconnect and connect; ChatGPT: delete and add the plugin again), then start a new chat.
The AI says a feature isn't available on my plan
Ads, stock, sales, Product Research and Keyword Research questions need the Smart Seller plan. Smart Marketing covers links, QR codes, bio pages, media, pixels and domains.
My confirmation didn't work
A confirmation lasts five minutes and works once. Ask for the preview again and confirm straight away. If a suggestion changed after you saw the preview, that change is refused rather than applied with out-of-date figures; ask for a fresh preview.
I've used up my daily searches
Product Research uses the same daily searches as your dashboard. They reset at midnight India time. Paging through results you already have doesn't use a search.
Stock or sales come back empty
Your Seller Central connection may need reconnecting. Open your Amazon accounts in the dashboard and reconnect Seller Central, then ask again.
The figures don't match my dashboard
Ask the AI to check again now; it should fetch fresh figures rather than repeat an earlier answer. Also note the two sales figures: Sales (what buyers were charged, including shipping, by purchase date) and the Ads view's Total sales (Amazon's business report, without shipping, by order date) are measured differently and are never added together.
Copy on a card doesn't copy
Some apps block copying from inside a card. The card then selects the text for you: press ⌘C or Ctrl+C on a computer, or press and hold on a phone.
I can't download a QR code from the chat
Downloads aren't possible inside the chat. Use Open in dashboard on the QR code card.
ChatGPT shows "CSP off" next to a card
That's ChatGPT's own note about a security setting in your ChatGPT account. The cards work with it on or off.
Old connections are listed on my Account page
Each time you connect again, a new connection is created. Remove the ones you no longer use under Account → Connected AI apps.
I removed 1smart.link from my AI app; is it disconnected?
Not always. Some apps don't tell us when you remove a connector. Always remove the connection under Account → Connected AI apps to end its access.
I'm asked to connect again after a while
A connection ends after 30 days without use, and after 90 days in all, for your security. Changing or resetting your 1smart.link password also ends every connection. Connect again as in the setup article.
