Adding features: sales funnels, email marketing, online courses and coupon codes

The Add features section lets you switch on four extra capabilities for your website — advanced sales funnels, email marketing, online courses and unique coupon codes. Each one is installed and set up for you, and each includes its Pro licence at no extra cost. Use this guide when you want to extend what your website can do.

Note: Add features is on the Website tab of your dashboard. It is not shown while a website is paused.

What the Add features section is

Add features is a short list of cards. Each card names a capability, describes what it does, and has an Add button.

The footer of the section reads: "Everything here is installed and set up for you — adding a feature never changes your pages or your content." You never upload a plugin file and you never enter a licence key.

This matters when you follow tutorials or use templates. Guides, templates and import files written for WPFunnels Pro, Mail Mint Pro or Creator LMS Pro work once the matching card has been added. For example, a funnel template that relies on WPFunnels Pro features needs the Advanced sales funnels card added first.

All four appear in the left-hand menu inside WordPress once they have been added.

Advanced sales funnels

Order bumps, one-click upsells and A/B tests are all set up inside an individual funnel. Go to WPFunnels, then Funnels, open the funnel you want to work on, and the options are available there.

Email marketing

Mail Mint sits near the top of the WordPress left-hand menu. Inside it you will find Contacts, Campaigns, Automations and Forms — everything you need to collect leads, send newsletters and automate follow-up.

Online courses

Creator LMS adds a Courses area where you build lessons and quizzes and track student progress.

Unique coupon codes

Unique Coupon Distributor appears as its own menu item. It issues each buyer a single-use coupon code on your thank-you page.

How to add a feature

Open the Website tab in your 1smart.link dashboard.
Scroll to Add features.
Find the card you want and click Add.
The card changes to Adding… and shows the message "This takes a minute or two — you can leave this page." You do not need to stay on the page while it works.
Wait for the card to show a green tick and the word Added.

A backup of your site is taken automatically before each feature is added.

Tip: Add one feature at a time. If you click another card while one is still being added, you will see "We're still adding your last feature — give it a minute and try again." Wait for the first card to show Added, then start the next one.

What happens next

Once a card shows Added, the feature is live on your website. Open WordPress and look in the left-hand menu for the item listed in the table above. Your existing pages and content are unchanged.

Licences and first-run messages

The licence for each Pro feature is managed for you. There is nothing to buy, activate or renew, and you will never be asked for a licence key.

The first time you open WordPress after adding Advanced sales funnels, you may land on its licence page. Leave the licence settings exactly as they are and go to WPFunnels, then Funnels to carry on.

Warning: Do not click Deactivate on any licence page. If a licence is deactivated by mistake, contact support (article 45) and it can be restored for you.

You may also see short messages from these plugins asking whether you want to share usage data. Either option is fine — pick whichever you prefer and continue.

If adding does not finish

Occasionally an install does not complete. When that happens, the card shows: "That didn't finish. Your site is safe — you can try again." along with a Try again button.

Read the message on the card to confirm the add did not finish.
Check that no other feature is still showing Adding…. If one is, wait for it to complete.
Click Try again on the card.
Wait for the card to show the green tick and Added.

Your site and content are unaffected by an unfinished add, and the automatic backup taken beforehand remains in place.

If Try again does not work after a second attempt, contact support (article 45) with the name of the card you were adding.
